The Dobson Foundation was founded in 2018 through the recognition of its founder's continued advocacy for her community. It will continue to grow with your generous support.

 

Maryland's Chesapeake Bay and surrounding areas hold a special place in our hearts. Donations to The Dobson Foundation benefit the communities and organizations in this region, such as Chesapeake Bay Environmental Center, Haven Ministries, Kent Island Volunteer Fire Department,  Queen Anne's County Centre for the Arts, and University of Maryland's Shore Regional Health. As our Foundation grows, it will continue to support those who share our vision. The encouragement of the growth of these organizations is paramount to our success. Additionally, there will be a focus on supporting advanced educational opportunities for students. Scholarships will be granted for those working towards achieving their professional goals.

 

In addition to a love for the Chesapeake Bay region is an affection for dogs. As family and companions, these dear animals provide a different kind of support and have inspired our logo of a Miniature Pinscher taking his next step. With your help, our foundation will also continue to forge ahead.
